Personal data is only collected and processed on our website when you provide it actively, for example as part of a registration or inquiry. Indirect personal data – with the exception of the IP address, which is stored for technical reasons – is neither stored nor processed.

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data as well as Rights to Information, Correction, and Deletion

3. Data Protection Regarding the Salzburger Sportwelt Card

The above-mentioned data is required for official guest registration and is forwarded to the responsible local authority.

In addition, your data may be used – provided you give your consent – for identification within the Altenmarkt Summer Card system. The data may be viewed by the tourism board, the Zauchensee cable car operators, and the system provider.

By using the guest card, your access to the facilities of our service partners will be recorded and stored temporarily. These data are required for internal accounting purposes and will be either deleted or anonymized at the end of the year. Data will not be passed on to third parties.

As the main traveler or travel organizer, you are required to inform all accompanying travelers you have listed about this data processing and to obtain their consent.

The data collected is used exclusively for individual support, the transmission of product information, or service offers. Dr. Gruber Hotel GmbH ensures that your information is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Terms and Conditions for Ski Lifts and Ski Passes

Dr. Gruber Hotel GmbH points out that the operation of the lift and cable car facilities is carried out by external providers. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for their unrestricted availability. Limitations due to maintenance, operational issues, or weather conditions are possible.

If lift operations are suspended due to force majeure or lack of snow, the performance of Dr. Gruber Hotel GmbH is still considered contractually fulfilled. Snow conditions or limited lift operating hours do not entitle guests to cancel or reduce the booked hotel price free of charge. Cancellations or rebookings are subject to the applicable booking conditions. More information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
