For €12 per vehicle per night you can leave your car in our underground garage. Check-in is available from 3:30 p.m. For an additional charge of €48 you can already move into your room from 8:00 a.m. with our early check-in. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. Late check-out is possible on request depending on availability, with a surcharge of €48 per person.
Of course you can continue to enjoy our wellness and spa area on that day. Would you like to enjoy our breakfast already on the day of arrival? We will gladly arrange that for €28 for adults and €14 for children under 15.
The overnight and mobility taxes are charged in addition to the accommodation price. As of
1st June 2025 the overnight tax will increase to €2.50 per person and night and applies from 15 years of age. Starting 1st May 2025 a mobility tax of €0.50 per person and night will also be levied.

Cancellation conditions
We follow the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) and the cancellation policies specified therein. You can view the complete conditions under AGBs Hotellerie Österreich.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival
1 month to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
14 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
In the final week: 90% of the total amount
No-show: 100% of the total amount
Dr. Gruber Hotel GmbH also reserves the right to cancel bookings within 24 hours of receipt without stating reasons.
